Direct-drive fans require no belt maintenance. Unit controls and compressor are contained within a single compartment that is isolated from the airstream for ease of service. Hinged doors with zinc cast lockable handles provide easy service access to the fans, coils, filters, condensers, compressors, and controls. Labeled electrical components and color-coded wiring match the unit-specific color-coded wiring diagram, which is permanently affixed inside the control compartment. Noise-reduction features rubber isolation mounts on supply fans minimize vibrations. Direct-drive fans eliminate belt noise/slippage. Isolated controls and compressor compartment prevent compressor sound from entering the airstream. Two-inch double-wall polyurethane foam panel cabinet construction provides additional resonated sound dampening.
