RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and maintain technical document files.
• Conduct technical training on products to customers and the sales network.
• Assist as directed in the training of newly hired service engineers and other associates.
• Up to 50% travel
SKILLS
Knowledge of fluid mechanics and heat transfer fundamentals preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• BSEE or BSME required.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of direct technical customer interaction with cooling or thermal products.
• Understanding of basic applications knowledge pertaining to cooling or thermal products.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be computer literate, proficient with IBM PC and software (word processing, graphics, spreadsheets, etc.).
• Working knowledge of policies and programs that directly affect job responsibilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
