As an Industrial Engineer for HIROSS key responsibilities will be focusing on operational improvements in the distribution centers. Duties include but not limited to designing facilities, processes, and plan utilization of facilities, equipment, materials, and personnel to improve effectiveness of operations. Establishing work measurement programs and analyzing work samples, assist in the development standards for labor utilization.
Special Requirements: May be required to travel on company business to interact with customers.
• Must have at least Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering with 5-7 years experience
• Experience in using Enterprise Resource Planning, Warehouse Management System, and Management System software required.
• Experience is using AutoCAD R2000, 2002, or any higher version required.
• Specialization or prior experience with focus on Supply Chain/Logistics in a Distribution Center
• APCIS certification is a plus
• Working knowledge in using statistical packages such as Arena simulation, SPSS or SAS, slotting packages preferred.
