Essential Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, repair, service, install / uninstall, move, and level a variety of CNC production machinery / equipment
Troubleshoot equipment using programmable controls and computer numerical controls utilizing PLC programming software and hardware
Work on a variety of machines systems including conventional electronics, discreet control systems, direct current drives, servo systems, numerical control technologies, hydraulics, and pneumatics
Operate various material-moving equipment (forklifts, knuckle lifts, scissor lifts, jib / gantry cranes, etc.) and use of a wide variety of associated shop equipment and tooling
Monitor and distribute work order entry system to resolve production equipment impairments
Provide management of preventive and corrective equipment maintenance requirements
Provide management of maintenance spare parts inventory
Qualifications/Requirements
Associate’s Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering Technology, Industrial Electronic Technology or related technical discipline from an accredited college or university OR High School Diploma / GED
Minimum 5 years of consecutive full time experience in industrial machine tool maintenance including electrical, electronic / mechanical troubleshooting and repairs
